Categories not showing up under Window->categories (Q Mac)

Hi there,

I hope to find some help with categories and tags

I can select a category I've added in a transaction, but when I go to edit categories (with "show all categories" selected) I don't see many of my categories at all including their subcategories, and for some I only see the main category, but not the subcategories. I can't make head or tail of this or know how to fix it. Any ideas would be great. I am on a current Mac (Ventura) with the latest subscription of Quicken.
