AT&T - Quicken is still connecting your biller
Connection to AT&T has not worked correctly for many months now and there seems to be no resolution or concern. I have submitted though "Report a problem" in Quicken multiple times but there is never any resolution. I have used Quicken for at least 20 years but but the problems with Quick Pay seem to have no prospect of resolution.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
I went ahead and checked the internal status of AT&T Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.

Please consider this alternative to Bill Manager. Apparently not all billers are willing to support third-party data aggregators like Quicken, Intuit, etc.
