Make it easier to enter negative expenses in Paycheck

Quite often my company has to adjust an expense by refunding me money in my paycheck. Quicken Paycheck will not allow negative numbers and says "You don't need to enter a negative amount for deduction. Quicken will handle it for you." Unfortunately, Quicken is making a bad assumption, so please give another option to confirm the negative expense.
