Next Months Bill Reminders Flagged as Skipped closed with no solution?

A simple function that should be easy to solve but there is no documented solution that I can find.

This has been happening ever since I updated to the subscription version. But only for some income and bill reminders.

ready to go back to an offline version and save my money.
