I'm using quicken 2014 and would like to add several categories at once. How do I do this?

    You question isn't clear.

    The easiest/fastest way to add multiple categories is to go to (from menu bar) Window:Category List and add them there.

    It isn't like you can import a list of them if that is what you are asking-you need to set them up as being income/expense/tax related. That isn't time consuming, but those details are important.

    Alternatively, you can simply enter the new category in transactions you enter and it will create them and set the income/expense flag based on whether it is inflow/outflow of $.
