Not able to attach receipts

I can no longer attach receipts to transactions via my scanner. When I click on my printer name, nothing happens. I did try printing a report and that worked with no issues. This started about 3 weeks ago. I did reset all printer settings to see if that would work and it did not. I have been using my HP 9015e for a few years with no issues. If I attach a file to a transaction, that still works fine.

I don't have any issues scanning directly into Quicken using Windows 11, Quicken R51.12, HP printer. It sounds like a corrupt printer driver. You should try completely uninstalling your printer driver, restart your system, and re-installing your printer driver.
