CC-502 error but transactions still download

Windows 10 Pro up to date, Quicken Deluxe R51.12.

When trying to update transactions from Fifth Third Bank, the transactions download every time, but will get the CC-502 error nearly every time.

As a note, I have not beenable to update my CitiBank Credit Card for at least 3 months due to CC-502.

Any ideas as to what is happening here with Fifth Third?

No idea what could cause the Fifth Third problem … sorry. You may have to run this by Quicken Support

Deactivate your Citibank credit card and, after creating a backup and restarting Quicken, use Tools / Add Account to pretend to add a new account using "Citi Cards" as the financial institution name.
Use the Advanced Options text link and select "Direct Connect"
Use the same userID and Password as for Citibank.
When you get to the list of accounts found at the bank, for each credit card listed, click the Add / Link button, select LINK and select your existing credit card register from a mini selection list.
