In Need of Quicken Expert - Philadelphia PA Area
Hello Quicken Community -
My name is Carrie Lauer, I am the Client Experience Manager at The Haverford Trust Company, an investment firm outside of Philadelphia, PA.
I am reaching out to the community in hopes that someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
My firm currently integrates with Quicken for our client needs via our online client portal. We have had a few larger clients reach out to us recently and are looking for us to expand upon our overall Quicken solution, specifically our support model.
I understand the Quicken website has a lot of various options for "help" or "support" but our specific client base is looking for more of an "Expert" approach that can assist them with setting up new accounts and various other software type requests.
