Is it possible to build an import file from Excel, if so what would the format be?

I have a Excel file download from Ameriflex and am trying to figure out how to get it into Quicken without having to type 100 manual entries.

You could try the free ImportQIF which will convert an Excel file into QIF which can be imported.
