One Step Update Takes Forever

In the past, a One Step Update would take me around a minute or so to download. Now it can be between 5 and 10 minutes. It waits on the quicken server to finally respond. Does anyone else have this issue and can you speed it up somehow?

    How many different banks are you downloading from?
    Of those, how many of them have recently been converted from "Direct Connect" download protocol to "Express Web Connect" or "Express Web Connect+"?
    If you were to download at a different time of day, would that make a difference?

    My daily One Step Update, without Sync to the Cloud, takes between 2 and 3 minutes for 2 Direct Connect and 6 EWC/EWC+ banks.
