Quotes for Vanguard are not updating on Quicken Mobile and Quicken Web but are on Quicken for Window

Quotes for Vanguard are not updating on Quicken Mobile and Quicken Web but are on Quicken for Windows. Quicken Mobile says "Option quotes report the previous day's close. Updated 2 months ago" but Windows version has it correct. I do a full Sync and still does not update. The only way I get it to sync is "Resetting Quicken Cloud Data" and I do not want to do this each time.
