Better Spending reports - Need ability to exclude categories [Edited]

Two issues

The web version has a nice Spending report. You can see a pie chart of your top level categories and drill down. You can filter categories. But, you cannot exclude categories. Manually selecting all is tedious.

The MacOS version doesn't even HAVE this report. Can you please add it? Thanks!
