install fails - ......\Quicken\BugSplatRc.dll - files are in use
downloading has stalled, C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\BugSplatRc.dll, files are in use, must be closed before update, not found on my PC

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. If you're not able to find any files open or any pop-ups that need to be acknowledged, then I would recommend restarting your computer and trying the install again.
If it is still giving you the same problem after the restart, the next step would be to pause or temporarily disable your antivirus and try installing again (since the installer wouldn't be able to access the files if the antivirus is scanning them or blocking them). If your C: drive is synced up with any cloud service or backup service, you may need to temporarily pause it during the install (if the service is accessing the files to copy or back them up, that could interfere with the installer).

Thanks for your response. I did all the steps above and it still failed. Finally, I figured out that the Print Spooler Service was disabled. After enabling the Print Spooler Service, Quicken re-installed w/o any problem.

If you need to delete a post, you click on the Flag link below the post, select report, and then fill out the appropriate information, and click the send report button.
Once the post has been reported, a moderator will review, see it's a request to delete your post, and will delete it.
