Prudential Retirement (Ongoing issue) downloads partially fixed but still crippled...

Hello,

I am running quicken deluxe for windows and 6/28/23 was my last complete register transaction download. Inability to connect error message has been corrected sometime in late August but the transaction register is not populating my monthly fees that reduce my share balances. The history dates back to 2009 and has been accurate to the penny till 6/28/23. If I enter the missing transactions manually for my history it changes my balances so I can not reconcile. Quicken is getting correct share balances and totals from Prudential but not adding the new monthly transactions to the register as if in simple mode (Positions only) even though complete mode (Positions and transactions) is selected. So I receive no red flag on daily downloads to accept the new transactions for July and August that have passed but the daily totals are accurate and changing automatically without showing any history or monthly deductions…

    All issues have been resolved with Prudential Retirement as of 9/29/23…Downloads are populating in register and keeping accurate totals.
