Why doesn't Q accept my Venmo credentials for downloading?

Q Home, Business & Rental Property (R52.20, Win10) won't accept my Venmo login to enable One Step Update. I've tried while in Venmo, used email/Venmo tag/phone as Username,

changed passwords, shut down and restarted Q. Any suggestions?
