Fidelity NetBenefits Transactions Not Downloading at All

We have two accounts at Fidelity — my husband's 401k and my 403b workplace account. About a month ago, the transactions in my husband's account began downloading with the same Unidentified Security issue that I've seen logged on this site. However, all transactions from my account stopped downloading all together at the same time. I've reset my account in Quicken multiple times. I've reset the password in NetBenefits and updated Quicken. I've disabled the online download in Quicken, waited awhile and reset it up. I've logged into NetBenefits and made sure that my account is turned on for interfacing with Quicken. Nothing I do matters. Transactions are not downloading. Very frustrating. Any suggested fixes?
