Can't set up after-tax deduction from paycheck to new Roth 401(k) account

I tried to add a new after-tax deduction for Roth 401(k). I created a new account (manually since the account hadn't shown up at Fidelity yet) from the drop-down, but after the account was created, it didn't show up in the drop-down list.

I tried a workaround of using Other After-Tax Deduction to the new category/account, which worked, but for some reason my pre-tax deduction for the traditional 401(k) had disappeared.

So I encountered two issues here. I was able to add back the pre-tax deduction.
