US Bank QFX file import error

US Bank provides a QFX file for importing transactions and for some reason Quicken recognizes it (and the file has data in it because I viewed it in Microsoft Word), but when Quicken imports the file, it say download 0 transactions (when I know all the data is there from a quick view in MS Word). What gives?

Basically, it behaves like a normal import, but says 0 transactions which just doesn't make sense.

Having data in it doesn't mean that there are TRANSACTIONS in it. A QFX file with 0 transactions will still have characters in it.

What shows on the USB website as available transactions?
