0 transaction downloaded - Wells Fargo

I run the normal onestep update as I have for many years, all the connections are made with my Wells Fargo Bank, the update runs, and list 0 transactions updated. There are transaction to download. Can you help solve this problem?

    First troubleshooting step would be to reset the account and see if that works.
