TD Ameritrade to Schwab Share Differences

I had two TD Ameritrade accounts that transferred to Schwab. Now during one step update, I get share differences in every security in the two accounts. The differences are plus/minus the same number of shares. Today I got a cash difference between the two accounts which is not the same amount, but only off by $1.32. Can I click the Details box and ignore the differences, or is there a fix in the works? Thanks.
