I am having the same problem. I am using Quicken version R52.20 Build 27.1.52.20 on a DELL laptop. I get error message OL-332-A when trying to direct connect. I can go to OSAIC's website and log on just fine. Problem appears to be with Quicken Direct Connect.

Same issue for me. I have talked with Osaic Tech Support who are aware of the problem and working on it as well. Trying to use OsaicEquipt connection. Was previously SafePointEquipt which downloaded perfectly into Q'.

Problem has yet to be solved. But, it occured to me this morning when logging into the osaic site (details below), that EVERY TIME I am set a 2 Step Authorization Code. Since as far as I know Q' can't deal with that, suggest that may be the reason we can log in on the site but not through Q'. I'm reaching out to Osaic now, but maybe Q' has a fix??

Just occured to me that the newest Express Web Connect method used at BofA, AMEX, etc. where we specifically instruct the FI to download our data to Q' bypasses the 2 Step Authorization process. How do we get this for Oasic??
