Leave it. In my experience, it can take a long time but eventually finishes.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.

    9/17, 9am … Are you still waiting?
    Man, are you patient.
I think it's time to kill Quicken with the Task Manager. There's something terribly wrong with your data file structure which appears to have sent Quicken into a never-ending loop.

Do not continue to use this data file.
    - Instead, use Windows File Explorer with Quicken closed and rename the existing data file in your \Quicken folder, e.g. rename from QData to QDataBad.
    - Now move the pre-Validate copy which Quicken created in your \Quicken\Validate folder into the \Quicken folder.
    - Make a copy of your data file: Click File / Copy or Backup File.
Select Create a Copy or Template. Click Next. Do not change any Copy Option settings. Save file under a new name in same folder as current Quicken data file. (The Copy process appears to be performing a record-by-record copy of the data file and not just a simple binary image copy. This has been reported as recovering some otherwise not repairable files)
    - If Quicken reports an error creating the Copy file repeat the Copy process, but this time press and hold SHIFT and CTRL while you click File / Copy. When prompted "Ignore errors that prevent file copy?" click "Yes". (On some systems, if SHIFT+CTRL doesn't get you the prompt, try just pressing and holding SHIFT) Note: This may cause some data loss.
    - Open the copied file in Quicken. See if the file looks good and try to both Validate and Supervalidate it again.

Do be sure that MS OneDrive (or any other cloud backup process like Dropbox, etc.) does NOT attempt to access your Quicken data files while Quicken is running! This could be causing serious data file damage.
