Express Web Connect+ Credit Card Accounts Stopped Downloading

When trying to reconcile a Chase CC account I realized that the account stopped downloading transaction 4 days ago. When I checked my other EWC+ accounts I found that my BoA EWC+ CC account also stopped downloading transactions at the same time. There is no error message, so the accounts appear to have connected to the banks. Both just stopped downloading transactions.

I've tried searching for this issue and it appears this has happened to others. However, I haven't been able to find a post that provides clear directions for fixing it. If I've missed it, please provide a reference. Otherwise, I would appreciate some clear directions on the best way to restart downloading EWC+ transactions that stopped downloading?

    First try Resetting the account.

    Thanks that worked. I had to log into both accounts at the banks and that started the transaction downloads again.
