Quicken converts Paychecks to Splits AND automatically Enters them when it shouldn't

My Quicken is screwing up the PayCheck function. I had a paycheck entered for years that would manually be entered. NOW, Quicklen automatically enters the paycheck and when it does, it converts it to a Split instead of the PayCheck Wizard. I have deleted the paycheck and recreated but it still does the exact same thing.

In addition, I have scheduled transactions that no longer automatically appear. Instead I have to manually add them.

What can I do to fix this issue?
