Quicken only records partial transaction data from investment

quicken for Mac for the last month has not recorded all transaction details for investment transactions. Total amount of money and commission fields populate but the name of the security and the number of shares of the security purchased. Do not show up. You are forced to look back at your Schwab records and try to match them to reconcile Quicken, I have been on the phone with support for more than six hours, and get various answers and run around but never a solution I am a 20 year Quicken user and this is the worst I absolutely .have seen in the way of problem, resolution and support . interestingly, the Windows version seems to correctly download the data. I had migrated from windows to Mac several years ago, maybe I need to go back. That or I need to just find a different product.
