Validate doesn't do what it says

A few months ago, Quicken would freeze when I would attempt to open the Bills & Income pane. You guys said "validate the file".

The tool runs, and says it deleted the 4 troublesome transactions, and the Bills & Income pane functions normally.

But, as soon as I close Quicken and re-open it, I'm back where I started. It'll say 4 troublesome transactions deleted every time I run validate from a fresh file open.

No new accounts or anything just before this began.

How do I find which ones these are and fix them?

How do I find which ones these are and fix them?

That's the $64 - question that many of us have been asking for quite a while already, but the programmers have yet to

    • put a little extra code into the Validate program to show all the bad reminders' detail information
    • review the Validate program that it does indeed delete these bad reminders. Right now it doesn't seem to do so, because successive Validates seem to point out these same reminders, over and over again.
