Quicken locks up when downloading. Support said the max data file size is 200MB. Is that true?

When downloading (transactions from banks or quotes) quicken freezes. I called support and tried validating the file, but still have the problem. My Quicken data file is 210 MB and it works fine except it stopped downloading everything. Support said the file size is too large. It does not seem like the Quicken file size should affect the transaction or quote download. Is that true? Any suggestions?

Support often tries to use file size as an excuse for Quicken issues. Many of us here have file sizes greater than 200MB and do not experience any issues. It is extremely unlikely that your file size is the cause of freezing during One Step Update.

What version are you on (Help | About Quicken) and when did the issue start?
