Anyone Else Getting 501 error downloading ALLY bank?

My Web Connect + Ally bank account stopped downloading a couple of days ago (9/18). When I try to reconnect I get a 501 error (Quicken can't connect to bank server). Now I cannot reestablish my account for download. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix this or is this a Quicken server problem?
