quicken wont auto reconcile

Quicken has stopped auto reconciling my capital one credit card

    What happens when you click on Done after accepting transactions? Does the Reconcile window come up, indicating the account is out of balance? Does it just skip reconciling?

    If it is skipping reconciling, click on the gear at the top right of the account and select Edit Account Details. On the Online Services tab, make sure the Reconcile to online balance box is checked.

    Is says there are no uncleared items to reconcile. I have to manually switch it to an R.

    What is the date of the "c" transaction? Does it fall within the date range selected for Reconcile?

    I have never heard of a date range for reconcile. I've always had the auto reconcile button pushed and it auto reconciled after I downloaded transactions. I have tried to turn off auto reconcile and turn it back on as someone else has suggested but that didnt work
