Real Time Quotes setting keeps getting turned on!

I keep turning OFF the Preferences/Investments/Real Time Qoutes check box; I even exit and re-enter Quicken to verify it's off, and at some later point I notice after a download that after hours quotes for stocks have come into my portfolio reports! This setting should stay off if the user un-checks the check box. Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong in un-checking it? I submitted this via 'Report a problem' too.

    Just firing a shot into the dark …
    Check to see if Edit / Preferences / Setup "Use new subscriber settings …" is turned off.

    Are you up-to-date on software updates? (US R 52.20)

    Yes, "Use new subscriber settings…" is turned off.

    Yes, I am on ver US R52.20, build 27.1.52.20

    I researched this further - it gets turned back on through One Step Update. @Quicken Anja or any other Quicken, any comment on this please??
