New update prevents downloading transactions

2021 iMac runing Ventura. Latest update to Quicken…now will not download any transactions. .

    Exactly which version did you update from and to? What exactly happens when you attempt to download? Any error messages? Affects multiple financial institutions or just one? Have you restarted the computer?

    Hi Rick - thanks for the reply. I was about to actually comment that the transactions did eventually download. It was all the institutions that were affected etc. But I think resolved hopefully

    Glad to hear that. When I encounter trouble with downloads, here's what I do:

    1. Restart the computer (can never hurt)
    2. Search the forum to see if there are other reports for that bank/brokerage
    3. But mainly, just wait a day or two because often it's a glitch that resolves itself.
