    Citibank error seems to be fixed…But now I started having the same 502 error with Synchrony Savings. When will this be fixed?

    This is from the chat with Synchrony:

    Agent (Ma. Rowena Chat Representativ): "Synchrony deposit account customers do not have the ability to manage and download account information using Quicken. You may manage and download account information using [Removed - 3rd Party Software]."

    This is another response:

    Although we recognize the benefits of Quicken, we are no longer supporting the use of this application to view your Synchrony Bank account(s). We are listening to customer feedback concerning this option and appreciate that our customers would like to use these and other third party products to keep track of their finances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please call one of our Banking Representatives toll-free at 1-866-226-5638.
