Two accounts for Citi

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I've got two accounts w/ separate logins: one has my legacy accounts, another is my acct with my wife using her credentials. I know how to setup the accounts and separate logins in Quicken, but it seems to disconnect me from one or the other after the next update. Is there some work around or something I'm missing?
