Trying to reconcile 1 cc acct. 1st page of reconciliation setting parameters doesn't load.

My Citi/Costco card account will not load properly when reconciling the account. It will not load the 1st page of the reconciliation to set date parameters, specifically month end date. Consequently my reconciliation for this account is always out of balance. Just started happening this year.
