Unhandled exception on start (Q Win 2020)

I just upgraded from Win7 to Win10 (I liked Win7). My Q2020 would not load in Win7. I just installed in on Win10. When I [1] double-click the Quicken icon, or [2] use a shell to start qw.exe, quicken fails to start. The shell show two unhandled exceptions.
