Subscription problem with install on new computer [edit]

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

I have a current active account and a new computer.

I am trying to download and install Quicken but when I go into the install page it wants me to re-subscribe.

How can I get the download working??

    Thanks for your response.

    That is the same link I have been using. It takes me back to the subscription options page which requires me to buy another new subscription. I cannot actually see a programme "Download Quiicken' option.

    Do you LOG INTO the Quicken website - with your Quicken User ID and Password -
    they don't mention that as the FIRST step -
    Log into the Quicken website -
    Click on the upper right hamnurger menu -
    Click on Sign In -
    Scroll to the box - and click on the Quicken Windows downloader -
