Reported number of One Step Update downloads do not match actual number of downloads

For each of my four accounts, One Step Update Summary on my latest download reports 0 downloads. However, two of my most used accounts actually contain downloaded transactions, one of them 4 and one of them 6. Every One Step update has had this kind of mistake for quite a while now. I thought a program update would correct this, but it hasn't so far. I using the latest version of Windows 10.

What Q Build are you running? Do HELP > About Quicken for this info,

What financial institution holds those accounts? What type of accounts?

For US Bank, are you downloading via Direct Connect or Express Web Connect? Do TOOLS > Account List for this info.

I, also, have a credit card at USB, and I'm not having any problems with it, but I pay the $3.95/month for that Direct Connect.

USB's implementation of Express Web Connect has always been flaky, which is why it'd worth it, to me, to pay for DC.
