Categories not showing up in Spending tab

Every month a portion of my mortgage payment goes into an escrow account I set up in Quicked (using a split transaction). Then periodically Property Tax and Insurance Payments are made from that account. When that happens I enter the appropriate category Home:Property Tax and Home:Insurance, but those amounts aren't showing up when I do the breakdown in the Spending tab. I have it set to All Accounts.

Any idea why they aren't showing up, and what I can do differently to make them show up? I just realized that I'm missing quite a bit there when I look at my Income vs Spending.
