Always Buggy Software--Schwab Updates BROKEN after update

How in the world can one get Schwab updates back? I have tried seemingly every "suggestion" I've read…my wife and I have now spent HOURS on this, and poof…NOTHING will work. Now even the pull down box to Add, Link, or Don't Add doesn't even work right, and when it does, will not give one a full list of accounts.

Utterly ridiculous. Isn't there a clear set of instructions on how to make THE VERY LATEST VERSION work with the LATEST SCHWAB system. HINT: I am 99.9% convinced it is NOT a Schwab side problem.
