Vanguard - new $25 account fee takes effect

For those that have Vanguard funds - you probably have seen this notice, or various online discussions…

Vanguard is trying to move people to use Paperless account reporting, like so many other organizations - so they will apply a $25 fee per Vanguard account - unless you go Paperless or have $5mil in the account -

I got my fee applied - it was taken from my Vanguard "settlement" account -
