There are download issues with Kohl's Credit Card and Fidelity Visa (Elan) that are on going (for Kohl's for months). I understand it may be difficult to fix but the only status I've found is "No ETA, we apologize". A similar issue with Chase bank was tracked and then removed with no fix. A new logo and name is nice but a working product would be better.
