Issues with Charles Schwab [Edited]

Contacted them last week about transactions not downloading - agent told me "escalating the issue to a higher team…". After 20 minutes of trying to chat with someone - agent tells me "we will need to escalate to a higher team…". What happened in the week between last week and now?
Quicken for Windows - Charles Schwab is the institution I am trying to connect with - anyone else facing the same issue?

Also having trouble with downloading Schwab accounts. Worked with 2 different Quicken support individualsand it remains un resolved. Reported the issue to Quicken. Deactivating and reactivating the Schwab accounts did not help.
