Federal Student Loans - how to offset loan?

So we have several student loans which are paid directly to the school. How has everyone accounted for this in Quicken? Student loans are not offset against Assets, don't enter my other accounts so how do I track the offset for Student Loans? I have a Category for additional payments made to school but I can't run a report with a record of the loan distributions to the school and I need that for tax purposes. Yes, I can get it on the 1098T but I want it to match something in Quicken.
