Downloading & Installing Updates STALLS

This is not a new problem. I can see that Quicken users have been having this problem for most of 2023. The Downloading & Installing updates process stalls at Optimizing and executing files. A close and restart seems to bypass this problem. BUT ITS NOT RIGHT! USERS AND NOT EVER CERTAIN THEIR UPDATES ARE PROPERLY INSTALLED.

Is there an alternative to QUICKEN that anyone uses?

I agree. I have every update stalling at the Optimizing and executing stage. Terrible.

The answer is to download and install a manual update as I have done in the past. The problem for me is to find where to download that manual update from. UGH!!

I too wish there was an alternative to Quicken.

And now, with the latest update, they screwed up the placeholders!

The "Enter" to deal with the placeholder sometimes disappears. Or you get the popup "enter a valid date".

Just go back to the code of a few years ago and you would be back to a functioning software!
