My auto loan principle disappeared after Release R52.28

I installed Release R52.28 today. My net worth took a major jump. Then I noticed my auto loan balance went down by 10's of thousands! No transactions posted to show that I entered a wrong value (like a $20,000 payment instead of a $200 payment).

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Is your Auto Loan account register connected to the bank for transaction downloading?

If it isn't (you're maintaining it as an "offline" account register), are all the monthly payment transactions still there, correctly indicating a transfer from your checking account?

It might be best if you restored an Automatic or Manual backup of your Quicken data file taken just before the software update. You should find it in the Automatic Backup folder.

Final question: Are you syncing to the cloud, for use with Quicken on the Web or Quicken for smartphones?
