CC-502 Error For Multiple Days, Elan Financial Services and Navient Loans

This has been going on for over a week now. I know that Quicken confirmed that there was an issue with Elan, but not Navient:

Can someone from Quicken please give an update on this? How long before I can download transactions again?

    Same here. Can login to Elan Fi directly just fine. Seems like this happens when tokens are changed (or not) or new 2FA implemented on the bank side.
