Unable to download going on 3 weeks... is this normal for Quicken
I was a long-time Quicken user, but took a few years hiatus and started up again. Recently I started having intermittent problems downloading one or more credit accounts. That intermittent problem turned into a permanent problem. All told, the problem has been going on for 3 weeks. It's a known problem, but the only update is "no ETA, sorry for the inconvenience". My question is to Quicken users since the split… is this normal? Should I just expect disruptions like this?

More and more often Quicken is unable to download transactions for credit cards and the issue seems to last longer than it used to before they fix it each time. But 3 weeks is unusually long. I'm frustrated because I can't find evidence that this problem is being actively worked on. The communication from Quicken when these outages occur is terribly lacking. Thanks for your post here so I know I'm not alone in experiencing this.

Edward Jones Mastercard is the long term problem, but Discover also.
