I was a long-time Quicken user, but took a few years hiatus and started up again. Recently I started having intermittent problems downloading one or more credit accounts. That intermittent problem turned into a permanent problem. All told, the problem has been going on for 3 weeks. It's a known problem, but the only update is "no ETA, sorry for the inconvenience". My question is to Quicken users since the split… is this normal? Should I just expect disruptions like this?
