Quicken auto-changing Payee names, making them unusable

I jsut want to bump this up - in the old days, you used to be able to change what got overwritten and delete pre-catorization connections.

This is still on ongoing issue - after i have "do not improve downloaded names" checked, Quicken is still changing my names into simplified names that are innacurate and misleading.
