QW2016R19.5MPatch Error, Unable to check for updates, server file failed to load. Anything from patch 12 on up gives this error. Also, when opening Quicken it says Please check internet connection and retry. [Error: NAME_NOT_RESOLVED]
Almost sounds like your firewall or antivirus might be blocking the install.

After you download it do this.
When trying to install it make sure you temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus in case it throws you another error.
Just remember to activate them when done.
