BNY Pershing Downloads

Connected our two IRA's to download in Quicken.

However, when I download it only exports and imports "Long Market Value" which is considerably less than the invested amount?

How do I get it to download the full balance in the accounts?

Jasmine: Good morning. Thanks for helping me.

I do not get any error messages.

What I have detected is that it is downloading about 97% of the investment.

The "Cash" part of the investment is not downloaded.

But adding the "Long Value Investment" to the "Cash" equals the correct amount.

So for some reason, BNY Pershing does not allow (or I am doing it incorrectly) downloading the total investment.
